Error 40: Trench Cut Fault

The saw has attempted to cut a trench cut but the thickness of the timber (stored in variable P751) is greater than the maximum allowed thickness for trench cutting (set in variable P539).

What to do now

Press the START button to continue cutting and skip current cut, otherwise stop the saw by holding down the STOP button.

What to do next

  1. Make sure that the 2* Thick checkbox on the Control Bar is NOT checked. Even if not, check and uncheck and try again.
  2. Check that the timber is not stacked vertically.
